Our China Desk team, Mr Ng Swee Kee, Mr Yee Mei Ken, Ms Pamela Kung and Mr Nicholas Tan collaborated with ZHH Law Firm/ Zhong Hao Law firm in presenting a seminar to the Chinese corporations in Chongqing. The event was also live streamed from ZHH Law Firm to their clients located offsite.
Together with leading lawyers from China, Singapore and Indonesia, Mr Yee Mei Ken and Mr Nicholas Tan each presented investment practice and Malaysian laws to the Chinese enterprises venturing into SEA. It was a very successful event for all participants to gain an understanding of the current investment policies, the laws of the various jurisdictions including their respective dispute resolution practice.
