Mr Yee Mei Ken and Mr Nicholas Tan spoke to the members of the Chongqing Bar Association about “The Malaysian Legal Perspective” on investment practice and Malaysian laws. This talk not only provided detailed knowledge, practical experience and risk prevention advice for investments in Malaysia to the Chinese enterprises, but also enhanced cooperation between Shearn Delamore and Chinese law firms.
We took the opportunity to visit and discuss collaboration under the One Belt One Road initiative with our Chinese legal colleagues at ZHH Law Firm, Allbright Law Offices, Deheng Law Offices and Zhong Lun Law Firm in Chongqing.
