Our IP and TMT team comprising Timothy Siaw, Elyse Diong, Paw Ying Hui and Melvin Au have just concluded a two-day Workshop on IP for the Creative Industry on 21-22 October.
The Workshop was an initiative by the Digital Content Division of the Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) for enterprises in the creative industry, in particular those in the games development, special effects and animation sectors.
The Workshop included practical advice on IP protection and commercialisation for creative works and as well as tips on the key terms in development, licensing, publishing and related agreements.
