On 20 June 2019, our Partner and lawyers from the Intellectual Property Practice, Michelle Loi Choi Yoke, Sim Sook Eng and Yap Khai Jian, gave a talk at KFSA on basic IP rights.
Topics included the importance of trade mark registration, the Trademarks Bill 2019, industrial design and confidential information relevant to furniture industry perspective. The talk was held in Chinese and attended by members of KFSA. The half-day session was very interactive as various issues were raised from the floor.
