She also advises on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and foreign investments. Her recent work has involved a number of takeovers and mergers and acquisitions both in Malaysia for local and foreign clients and outside Malaysia for Malaysian clients.

Energy, Natural Resources & Green Technology (ENRGT)

Her experience in this area includes advising on agreements such as joint ventures in respect of ENRGT projects and related licensing, operation and management agreements as well as other associated agreements and providing assistance on steering clients past issues associated with energy projects. She also assists clients in liaising with the relevant regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water as well as other government ministries.
